Our area of activity is mainly in the South West of England, focused in Exeter and Torquay and extending to the surrounding towns and villages. All of our surveyors are professional ‘RICS’ Chartered Building Surveyors and part of the building surveying and valuation faculty. We have been undertaking residential surveys on all types of buildings since 1995.
We also have an in-house architectural service. We can therefore assist with your initial purchase with a building survey, and then also advise on building extensions and alterations along with the necessary planning permission and building regulations applications and consents. You will also need a party wall agreement with your neighbour if you are planning works to a terraced or semi-detached property, or if you are laying foundations within 3m of your neighbour. We have been preparing party wall agreements since the Act came into effect and can also provide this service, either independently or as part of your architectural package.
